Semi-fitted and flared dress, below mid-knee or evening length bias skirt, has bias standing collar crushed at front by draping of front bodice. Full length bias sleeves are cut-in-one with upper front and set into back bodice. Back zipper closing. Sleeveless fitted underdress attached at neckline. Self or purchased contour belt.
