Vogue Couturier Design 1180; ca. 1975; Valentino - Men's Jacket and Pants. Below hip length, loose-fitting and slightly flared, lined jacket has shaped collar on partial band, buttoned epaulets with carriers, shoulder pads, shaped back yoke, center back vent, patch pockets with buttoned flaps, welt pockets, two inside breast pockets, full length sleeves with buckled bands and carriers, self tie belt with buckle trim holding in fullness at waistline, belt carriers and topstitching. Wide, slightly flared pants have front-buttoned waistband with belt carrier, front stitched-down pleats, pockets in side seams, right back buttonhole pockets with button and loop closing and topstitching. Purchased shirt and sweaters.
