Vogue Paris Original 1142; ca. 1974; Yves Saint Laurent - Misses' Top, Skirt and Pants. Loose-fitting pullover top has pointed collar, inset front-buttoned band, and seven-eighths length sleeves with turn-back cuffs. With or without self belt with topstitch trim worn through carriers holding in fullness at waistline. Below knee length, A-line skirt and straight-legged pants, darted into waistband, have side zipper closing.
