Bill Blass Mens Suit

Vogue Americana 1129; ca. 1974; Bill Blass - Men's Jacket, Pants and Vest. Semi-fitted, fully lined jacket has notched collar and wide pointed lapels, welt breast pocket, buttonhole pockets with flaps, two inside button hole breast pockets, center back vent, full length sleeves with vents and button trim, and shoulder pads. Topstitch trim. Straight-legged pants have wide waist-band with belt loops, slanted side front pockets, side front change pocket with buttoned flap, and back buttonhole pockets (left pocket has sharped buttoned flap). Topstitch trim. Fully-lined vest (back is of lining fabric) has V-neckline, cut-away armholes, welt pockets and shaped front hemline.

Suggested Fabrics: Soft or Crisp fabrics such as Tweeds, Cashmere, Flannel, Canvas, Gabardine, Duck, Linen, Madras, Velveteen and Wool Double Knits.
