Vogue's Basic Design 1028; ca. 1974; Misses' Dress. Semi-fitted and flared, mid-knee length dress has princess seaming, U-neckline, with or without shaped collar, front buttoned closing, and welt pockets in side seams. With or without purchased trim and self tie belt holding in fullness at waistline. Sleeve variations.
Sizes 8-16 even (bust 31.5, 32.5, 34, 36, 38). Thirteen pieces.
