1970's. Misses' "Vogue's Basic Design" Dress. Sizes 8-16 even (bust 31.5, 32.5, 34, 36, 38). Thirteen pieces.
Semi-fitted and flared, mid-knee length dress has princess seaming, U-neckline, with or without shaped collar, front buttoned closing, and welt pockets in side seams. With or without purchased trim and self tie belt holding in fullness at waistline. Sleeve variations.
