September is National Sewing Month in the US and Wikia is searching for your latest creative projects! Many members of the Vintage Pattern Wiki community are also avid seamstresses and we've got the Gallery Photos to prove it. Now's your chance to show off your skills.
Enter your vintage sewing project photo to win!
  • JeskaD in her homemade dress (not vintage) from earlier this summer

How to enter:

  1. Create a Wikia account or sign in with Facebook. It takes less than a minute! If you already have an account, be sure to sign in!
  2. Submit an original photo of a sewing creation you've made recently to the slideshow above by clicking on the "add photo" button. Be sure to title your photo and include your user name. (I've added my non-vintage sewing project to kick us off-JeskaD)

Prizes and rules: The top 3 most voted-on photos will win Amazon gift certificates to purchase a slew of sewing, crafting or other creative accouterments for your next project.

  • Grand prize - $100 dollar Amazon gift certificate
  • Second place - $25 dollar Amazon gift certificate
  • Third place - $25 dollar Amazon gift certificate

Every photo you add will give you another chance to win; however only one prize will be rewarded per person. Hurry, entry ends on October 1, 2010.

Fine Print: Five finalists will be chosen and the community will vote on their favorite photos between October 4-10. Winners will be announced on October 11,2010. Read the official rules for more details. Good luck!
