DuBarry 5839

I fell into vintage patterns by accident when I purchased a pattern for a doll and discovered it was actually just one the seller had resized from a 1940s McCall. Naturally I realized if she could resize a pattern so could I, and so my journey began. Some of my patterns are bought with the intent to make doll clothing for a variety of asian ball jointed dolls, the rest are bought because I've just become enchanted by the artwork on the vintage sleeves.

Advance patterns from the 30s and 40s are some of my favorites for illustrations, but there are some Butterick from the 50s and Simplicity as well that have caught my heart.

I hope to share when I can the patterns I've found that are not yet listed here so others can enjoy their wonderful images too!
