Style 2323 a

Style 2323; ©1993; Misses' Waistcoats (Vests) and Skirt: Waistcoats with center front button closure have front panel seams, back darts and V-neckline. Model 1 is just below hip length and has shaped patch pockets. Model 2 has shaped hemline, pocket flaps and ties inserted into back darts. Mid-calf length, panelled skirt which flares at the hem has left side zip closure and buttoning waistband.

Suggested fabrics - Washed silk, satin-backed crepe, fine wool, linen mixtures, lightweight denim and synthetics. No allowance made for matching plaids, checks, stripes or large patterned fabrics. For fabric with nap, pile, shading or one-way design, use nap requirements and nap layouts. To complete garment - Thread. Model 1 waistcoat: Five 5/8" (15mm) buttons, 1 5/8yds (1,40m) of 23" to 36" (60 to 90cm) woven or non-woven interfacing. Model 2 waistcoat: Five 1/2" (13mm) buttons, 1 1/2yds (1,35m) of 23" to 36" (60 to 90cm) woven or non-woven interfacing. Skirt: One 7" (18cm) zip, one 1/2" (13mm) button, 1 1/8yds (1,00m) of 23" to 36" (60 to 90cm) woven or non-woven interfacing.
