Style 2063; ©1977; Sew Simple - Misses' Dress in Two Lengths: Flared dress, with center seaming, has lowered "scooped" neckline. The flared and bias cut tier, at front and back, is shaped to a point at lower edge. View 1 has ribbon drawstrings with shoulder bows. The split sleeves are flared and bias cut, and fall open from the shoulders. View 2, sleeveless, has bow tied shoulder straps formed by ribbon drawstrings.
