Stretch & Sew 4090; ©1993; Flags and Appliques 1. This pattern includes two sizes of applique designs. The 28"x40" designs are for making flags or banners. The smaller 11"x15" designs are ideal for making mailbox or garden flags, or for appliquing onto garments and craft projects. The outside edges of all flags are hemmed. The flag pole casings are standard flag pole size for the large size and standard mailbox or garden size for the small flags. Instructions are also included for Two-Sided Applique so your designs can be seen from both sides of your flag and for One-Sided Applique for when you only need to see one side as when applying to garments or pillow toys.
