Strauss Schule; ca. early 1950s;
Pattern drafting system from Germany, published by Margot Strauss and Evi Schneider of Bad Reichenhall. Called Strauss'Schule (Strauss School), this system features a row of basic pattern pieces that with the help of some special cardboard measures and the instructions should be adaptable to any kind of item of clothing, for women, men and children, in all sizes.
The set included: booklet with instructions in German, cardboard measures and sheets with basic pattern pieces to be adapted.
