Spadea NS-249; ©1965; Misses' Dress by Fontana. Fontana believes in designing clothes with unusual seams and darts that show off the feminine figure to its best advantages. Here is a typical example. The sleeveless dress has soft shoulder pleats in front that add a beautiful shape to the bust. The off front seams and darts open into deep unpressed pleats in the skirt. There are no side seams. There are bands in back that gracefully fall from the shoulder seam to the waist, loopeing and buttoning into place just below the waist. The zipper is placed in the center back seam.
