Simplicity 9833; ©1971; Young Junior/Teens' and Misses' Mini-Dress or Tunic, Bell-Bottom Pants and Mini-Skirt: The mini-dress or tunic with front zipper has "V" shaped neckline, "sailor" collar and optional patch pocket with purchased applique, purchased tie and belt. The mini-dress has long sleeves gathered to snap fastened cuffs. The tunic has short sleeves gathered to sleeve bands and optional trim and bow made of flat-woven braid. The mini-skirt and bell-bottom pants have waistband and back zipper. The box pleated mini-skirt has optional top-stitching.
