Pull-on tiered skirt with elasticized waistband is in border printed fabric. Button front blouse with collar and neck band has back gathered to yoke and long sleeves gathered to French cuffs. Blouse A collar and cuffs are encased in bias fold tape. Lined vest with back belt is in border fabric. Vest A is encased in bias fold tape. Vest B is lined to edge and has optional top stitching. Skirt A lower tier, sash and vest in double border printed fabric; upper tier and yoke in two coordinating fabrics. Skirt and vest B in single border fabric.
