Simplicity 9136; ©1970; Child's and Girls' Puritan, Centennial, 18th and 19th Century Costumes: The collarless, ankle length dress with gathered skirt stitched to V at waistline bodice has back zipper and set in sleeves. V. 1 and 2 with high short sleeves. V. 1 with eyelet edging and button trim has contrasting bonnet. V. 2 has contrasting apron, hat and detachable collar. V. 3 with drape has pleated ruffling. V. 4 with eyelet edging and ribbon bows is worn with a circular cap.
Reissued in 1980 as Simplicity 9516.
