Simplicity 9091; ©1970; Simple-To-Sew Child's and Girls' Jiffy Back-Wrap Skirt in Three Lengths and Blouse: The blouse with ribbon drawstring slipped thru neckline casing has slit opening above center front seam and raglan sleeves gathered with elastic casing. V. 1 and 3 have long sleeves. V. 2 has short sleeves. The back-wrap gathered skirt without side seams has waistband and tie ends. Midi-length V. 1 features rick-rack trim. V. 2 is mini-length. Ankle-length V. 3 has rick-rack and lace edging trim.
