Simplicity 8514; ©1978; Misses Pullover Two Piece Dress and Tie Belt...A Time Saver Stretch Knit Pattern: tops v1 & 2 softly gathered to yoke, have stand up collar, ties at neck edge, top stitching and can be worn with or without tie belt. V1 has long sleeves with elastic casings. V2 has short sleeves. Top stitched skirt has elastic waistline casing.
