Simplicity Designer's 8271; ca. 1951; Junior Misses' and Misses' One-Piece Bathing Suit and Skirt (Mother-Daughter Fashion, for Daughter pattern see Simplicity 8276). The bathing suit has a fitted bodice with ruffle trim, narrow shoulder straps and a short, flared skirt. In Version B the bathing suit is strapless. The street-length skirt is separate. Version C: The bathing suit has narrow shoulder straps. The separate street-length skirt is of contrasting fabric with a large cuffed side pocket.
