Simplicity 7684; ©1976; The costume is gathered to bias bound neckline, and has long raglan sleeves. V 1&2 have metallic paper wings and halo. Fairy V 2 has ribbon belt and wand. Princess V 3 has elastic in sleeves, cord belt, ribbon bows and paper crown. Fringe trimmed witch V 4 has matching cape and hat.
