Simplicity 6931; ©1975; Misses' Dress or Top: The dress V. 1 or top V. 2 with back zipper and lowered round neckline has free lined bib sewn to neck and shoulder seams and stitched to tie ends which fasten in back. Eyelet edging trimmed V. 1 with contrasting bib tie ends has short set-in flared sleeves gathered to armholes. V. 2 trimmed with crochet type lace edging and purchased appliqué has short set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and with elastic casings forming self ruffles.
