Vintage 1973 Designer Fashion Dress Simplicity 6145
The top-stitched dress with shaped front inset has flared skirt, high round neckline and back zipper. V. 1 has long set-in sleeves. V. 2 & 3 have short set-in sleeves and contrasting inset.
