Simplicity 6145; ©1973; Misses' Dress ... Designer Fashion: The top-stitched dress with shaped front inset has flared skirt, high round neckline and back zipper. V. 1 has long set-in sleeves. V. 2 & 3 have short set-in sleeves and contrasting inset.
