Simplicity 5984; ©1965; Child’s Shirt and Pants in Two Lengths (Transfer Included): Shirt has notched collar, front button closing and slits in side seams. Shirt V.s 1 & 2 has patch pocket and short set-in sleeves with turned back cuffs. Sleeveless shirt V.s 3 & 4 have appliqué. Long and short pants have elastic waistline casing. Boy’s pants have fly front opening without zipper.
