Petticoat v. 1 and skirt v. 3 have lower ruffle, elastic waistline casing and lace trim. Blouse has front button closing, stand-up collar and set-in sleeves gathered to armhole. V. 1 and 3 have lace ruffles, lace trim and elbow length sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 2 has long sleeves with lapped button closing and self neck ruffle.
