Simplicity 5521; ©1973; Misses' Reversible Front Wrap-Skirt in Two Lengths and Blouse: The top-stitched blouse V. 1, 3 & 4 with front band and button closing has collar and long set-in sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. The reversible front wrap-skirt encased in fold over braid fastens at waistline with hooks and eyes. Tulip shaped pocket V. 3 and anchor trim V. 4 are cut of reverse side of skirt fabric. "Stem" V. 3 is of fold over braid. V. 1 & 2 are regular length, V. 3 & 4 are ankle length.
