Simplicity 5162; ©1981; Child's and Girl's Skirt in Two Lengths, Blouse and Quilted Vest: Lace trimmed blouse has front band, ribbon trimmed yoke, stand-up collar, long set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and buttoned cuffs. Ruffled skirt has V-shaped front waistband, back elastic casings, side seam pockets and lace and ribbon trim. V. 1 is short. V. 2 is long.bias bound vest has yoke, and lace and ribbon trim.
