Simplicity 5040 1964 This classic shirtwaist dress has a notched collar, set in sleeves, front button closing.There is a pocket at left front. Skirt has soft pleats and a concealed opening at center front. Belt may be self-fabric or purchased. View 1 has long sleeves with wristbands, View 2 sleeves are short and roll up .
