Simplicity 5029; ca. early 1960s; Men's Proportioned Shirt with Sleeve Lengths from 32" to 36": The back yoke extends to the front in a forward shoulder seam. The collar has optional top-stitching. V. 1 and 2 have long sleeves with cuffs that close either with links or a button. V. 1 has two pockets. V. 2 has one pocket and the collar may be buttoned down. V. 3 features short sleeves notched at the lower edge, and an open collar.
