Simplicity 4930; ca. 1963; (Instructions for cross stitching on 1/8" gingham included). Sleeveless dress has fitted bodice, gathered skirt, side zipper closing, and self fabric piping or purchased or self fabric belt at waistline. V. 1 neckline is low and scooped at front, lower at back. Trim and patch pockets are optional. For V. 2 a border or plain fabric may be used. The bodice is shaped and shoulder straps are sewn to back and to pointed edge at front. The lined jacket has a high rounded neckline and kimono style sleeves.
