Simplicity 4918; ©1944; Women's Dress and Redingote. The V neckline of the slim dress has a scalloped edge and buttons trim the center front seam of the waist. The skirt has a side seam on each side of the center front and back. The collarless redingote has a round, forward shoulder seam trimmed with a bow at the left side. The skirt is seamed at either side of the center front and back. The redingote has three quarter sleeves and the dress may have short or three quarter sleeves.
