TEEN-AGE TWO-PIECE DRESS: The slimly flared skirt is cut in four sections and the trim flared top is fitted to a waist band. Style I, fashioned with a nautical air, has a sailor collar, pocket, long sleeves, a left side button opening and a purchased tie is used. Style II, is made with an opening at the back neck edge and finished with a round collar and three-quarter sleeves. Style III has short sleeves with cuffs and d plain side opening.
