Simplicity 4748; ca. 1940s; Unprinted Pattern. Misses' and Women's Dickey: A tape fastens the lower edges of the dicke in position at the waistline. A shaped jabot is gathered to the center front band of Style I. In Style II, a soft ruffle is gathered to the V neck. The front neck edge of Style III , is gathered and finished with a binding. Style IV is gathered at the front neck edge to form a narrow graded ruffle which is held with a tie of self-fabric. A dainty ruffle is sewed to the neck and front opening of Style V.
