Simplicity 4694; ca 1943; Official Red Cross Home Nursing Pinafore and Canteen Apron. Style I is a coverall type of apron with sleeves. The skirt and waist are gathered to a faced inset belt. The ends are stitched to the back of the belt for fastening. The bib and back straps of Style II are faced. The inset belt buttons in the back.
