Simplicity 4689; ca. 1954; Child's one-piece dress and jacket (transfer sheet included). Completely faced bodice is fitted and has a centre back button closing. Full skirt is gathered and tie ends fasten into centre back bow. Short faced jacket has a small collar and one button closing at neck. View 1 skirt has novelty applique trim. Large applique forms pocket. Jacket and appliques are contrasting. View 2 has same appliques and jacket, also of contrasting fabric. View 3 dress and jacket are of same fabric.
