Simplicity 4688; ca. 1962; One-Piece Dress and Jacket: Dress has lined bodice, shoulder straps, softly pleated skirt, with gathered net hip ruffle underneath, back zipper closing and self fabric tie belt. V. 1 and 2 are long and have slit opening at lower edge of center back seam. Lined jacket has short kimono sleeves, bateau neckline and back button closing.
