Simplicity 4621; ca. 1962; Juniors' and Misses' Skirt, Jacket and Blouse (Each One Yard or Less of 54" and 60" Fabric without Nap): "Simple to Make." Blouse has round neckline, short kimono sleeves and back button closing. Slim skirt has left side zipper closing, back kick pleat and may have flap trim. Jacket has 3/4 length kimono sleeves, may have flap trim and top-stitching detail and is fully lined to the edges.
