Simplicity 4593; ©1960s; Half Size Slenderette - Misses' and Women's Suit, Sleeveless Jacket and Overblouse: Overblouse has slightly lowered round neckline, set-in sleeves, back button closing and tie belt. Jackets have top-stitching detail and flap trim. V.1 has set-in sleeves and front button closing and V.2 is sleeveless. Slim skirt has back kick pleat and side zipper.
