Simplicity 4545; ca. 1962; Set of knife edge pillows, reusable blue transfers for smocking and decorative stitching. The patterns may be used to make pillow covers to be used over foam or urethane forms. The patterns are also used to make, if desired, inside pillows to be stuffed with shredded foam.
