Simplicity 4428; ca. 1942; Misses' and Women's Accessory Set. The hat is cut in three sections and finished with a headband. The mittens are fashioned with elastic at the wrist for fit and may be saddle-stitched. The bag is faced to form flaps and made with two inside pockets. For a smart effect, quilt material for hat, bag and mittens.
