View 1 has long sleeves gathered to a pointed cuff. Top stitching or saddle stitching trim blouse. View 2 has three-quarter sleeves gathered to sleeve bands and turned back cuffs. Top stitching or saddle stitching used as trim. View 3 has short sleeves with cuffs.
Reissued in 2017 as Simplicity 8445.

Blouse front. 3/4 length kimono sleeves with cuff, inside tucks and upturned pointy collar. Collar, sleeve and bodice are one big piece. Easy to sew if you are careful to reinforce the corners and underarm
Blouse back with deep yoke and inside tucks. Top stitching at collar, back yoke and cuff. It is puffy but it is meant to be tucked inside high waisted pants or inside a full circle skirt with a cummerbund as suggested by the pattern pictures
