Simplicity 4068; ca. 1941-42; Women's Dress. A regulation hem, with a plain but close-fitted dropped-waist bodice with front and bust darts. Wide shoulders, high or square neckline. Long sleeves gathered into a cuff, short sleevs, or shirred three-quarter sleeves. Skirt could be gathered or pleated. 8 pattern pieces.
