Simplicity 4056; ca. 1961; Misses Shirt: "Simple To Make" shirt. all views, has front button closing and set-in sleeves. Back gathers to lower edge of yoke. V. 1 and 2 have a convertible collar. V.1 has patch pocket and long sleeves gathered to buttoned wristbands. V. 2 sleeves roll up to form cuffs. V. 3 has contrasting mandarin collar and long sleeves gathered to contrasting buttoned wristbands. V. 4 has mandarin collar, roll up sleeves and slits at lower edges of side seams. Tie belt is purchased. c. 1961
