Simplicity 4045; ca. early 1960s; Teens' and Juniors' Tops and Skirt: "Simple to Make". Skirt, all views, has soft pleats at front waistline, left side zipper and vent opening at lower edge on skirt back. Top, all views, has kimono type sleeves and an opening at back neck fastened with button and thread loop. V. 1 top has top-stitched band and button trim and below the elbow length sleeves. V. 2 top has braid trim in 2 colors and short sleeves. V. 3 top has short sleeves and self fabric tie belt.
