Blouse, View 2: contrasting ribbon and bow trim low round neckline. The three quarter length sleeves are gathered up at lower edge. Broomstick skirt, View 1, features three gathered tiers. Tiered Skirt, View 2 is trimmed with contrasting ribbon and bows.
