Simplicity 3954; ©1952; Teen Age One-Piece Dress, Weskit, Cummerbund and Detachable Collar and Cuffs: This "Simple to Make" teen age dress is fashioned with a turtle neck collar and three quarter length raglan type sleeves. The flared skirt has soft pleats at the front waistline. Pockets are concealed in the side seams. Dress, View 2, has contrasting detachable collar and cuffs. A pleated cummerbund and sleeveless weskit are also featured.
