Simplicity 3897; ©1952; Junior Misses' One-Piece Dress and Redingote. The sleeveless dress has a deep square neckline. The left front shoulder edge is notched and fastened with a novelty pin or button. The skirt of dress and redingote is a full circle. The redingote has an extended shoulder giving a cap sleeve effect. If fashioned of eyelet embroidered fabric, the edges of the redingote are bound. A tie belt is featured.
