Simplicity 3803; ©1965; Child's One-Piece Dress, Coat, Hat, Detachable Collar and Cuffs: Dress has squared front neckline, back button closing and tie ends. V. 1 has ribbon trim. V. 2 has contrasting fabric trim. Coat V. 1 and 2 has set-in sleeves. V. 1 has long sleeves and contrasting detachable collar and cuffs. V. 2 has below-elbow-length sleeves. Shaped hat is always lined.
