Simplicity 3799; ca 1961; Teen and Junior Skirt and Blouse: "Simple to Make". Slim skirt has soft pleats at front waistline, left side zipper and back kick pleat. Waistlength blouse has short kimono sleeves and back neck closing with thread loop and hook. V. 1 has low V-shaped front neckline with contrasting vestee and button trim. Vestee may be made detachable with a nylon tape closure. V. 2 has slightly lowered neckline and self fabric and bow trim.
