Simplicity 3428; ©1940; Misses Dress. Waistline yoke joined to four piece skirt at waistline. The front is tucked and gathered. Style I blouse tucks are trimmed with purchased frilling. Short sleeves finished with cuffs. style II long sleeves are gathered into cuff at wrist. Purchased belt may be worn.
